Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dandy Asian Store. Please read the terms below.

1) Eligibility Window

  • Cosmetics, skincare, tools (non-hygiene): return within 15 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging.

  • Food & beverages: non-returnable due to safety/hygiene, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.

  • Hygiene items (e.g., masks, applicators that contact skin): non-returnable if opened.

  • Sale/clearance items: final sale unless defective on arrival.

2) Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all accessories, gifts, and proof of purchase. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3) Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and description. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

4) How to Start a Return

Email admin@dandyasianmarket.com
 with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason and photos (if damaged/defective)

We’ll reply with the next steps. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5) Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice, where applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6) Exchanges

If you need the same item again (e.g., a different unit due to defect), we’ll process an exchange when stock is available.

7) Return Shipping / Pickup

For eligible returns not due to our error, return shipping or pickup fees may apply. For our errors (damaged/incorrect), we cover reasonable return costs or arrange pickup.

8) Late or Missing Refunds

9) Cancellations & Address Issues

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. If you provide an incorrect address or refuse delivery, additional fees may apply.
